"Shocking And Outrageous": Shashi Tharoor On Pawan Khera's Arrest"
Congress chief Shashi Tharoor immediately mentioned the arrest of Pawan Khera, the occasion's nationwide media in-charge, was "shocking and outrageous" and that the BJP was "muzzling" dissenting voices.

Shashi Tharoor's remarks got here hours after the Congress chief was granted bail in a defamation case filed towards him by an BJP activist.
